I’d always been an athlete, but after giving birth to four adorable humans, I missed the “fit and toned” body I had pre-kids.
As a dental hygienist, I had extensive training in nutrition, so I dove deep into research and educating myself.
I wanted to learn everything I could about how to fuel my body to lose weight while also working out.
That research led me on the path to become a Certified Nutrition Coach and Certified Personal Trainer. Once people saw my transformation, they were asking me to help them achieve their goals, too.
I love helping women (and men!) like you be the best, healthiest version of themselves. In my journey I’ve experienced over-training and under-eating, fertility issues, gaining weight, and losing weight. Wherever you are in your journey, there’s no judgement here. What’s the difference between a functional nutritionist and a dietitian?
A dietician often focuses on helping you with nutrition “rules” or “guidelines.”
A functional nutritionist digs into the root cause of the specific issues you’re facing. As a functional nutritionist, I help you figure out “why” your body is out of balance through labs and functional testing.
Do you work virtually or in person?
I work virtually—So I get to work with clients from all over the world.
And you get the comfort of meeting from your own home sweet home.
How is this different from a traditional diet plan?
Traditional diet plans tend to lean one-size-fits-all, and often have a short term focus.
My programs are tailored to your unique hormones, gut health, metabolism and goals. There’s nothing cookie-cutter about what we do, because no body is exactly alike! We don’t do restrictive diets. I’ll teach you how to use food as fuel so you can feel your best, for the long haul.
I don't have time to workout, can I still get results without exercise?
Yes, you can but it will be a much slower process. Even if you only have 30 minutes to exercise we can build a short effective workout to maximize your results.
Do you offer in-person training sessions?

No, I can’t guarantee results. It’s just not possible for me to promise how each person's body will respond.
